Expiry Dates on Bodimage Products and Related Refunding or Refills
Bodimage products will almost always have a lot number and expiry date located somewhere on the container. We generally mark the expiry date on the conservative side ranging from 10 months to a year from manufacture date. Bodimage products have shown however, to last well beyond the expiry date in many cases. Most of our products contain a small (typically <0.3%) amount of preservative that extend shelf life. One of the prime reasons for a product going off is due to contaminates that enter into the container during usage. Check to see that the product you are using still smells, looks, and feels the same as it did when you purchased it. If before or after the expiry date has passed, you do not notice any spoilage signs, then it is likely still good to use. The choice is yours. We will use our products generally over a year if no signs of spoilage appear. We now recommend using the contents of your item within 3 months of opening. If opened after the best before or expiry date then check as mentioned above for signs of mould etc. We also will not generally sell an item if it has fewer than 2 months left before the expiry date, unless we state that it is nearing expiry. It then remains the buyer's choice. If you are a quantity consumer of lotions and creams then a few months will be perfect as you will have run out by then anyway, and need more! We do not refund any product or money due to expiration of product. Just as when purchasing the vast majority of expiration dated products from food to cosmetics to fuels to cleaning supplies and so on, the buyer purchases the product in the container and amount it comes in. If at the end of the expiry the product is still sound then it is up to the consumer to use it or not. If not, then the remainder is thrown away. No refund is ever given for unused portions of ketchup or milk for instance. The same goes for Bodimage products. We accept no liability for products used post the marked expiry and we do not refill portions used or replace portions. Inspiratek Enterprises Inc. collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent as per your account information when you sign up with us to purchase from our Bodimage Health & Skin Care website. Your account information (which includes your name, email address, shipping and billing information) also allows us to offer to you opportunities to subscribe to our email newsletters, to provide you with links to other websites we operate or have affiliations with, or that we suggest to you because we feel they have much to offer.
We collect non-personally identifiable information (click data stream) from you in order for us to better understand how people are using our Web site. Our host server collects tracking information about how our website is viewed along with site visitor information so that we may better adjust our website planning to suit our visitors’ needs. This is typical website behaviour.

Collecting identifying information
The types of personally identifiable information we collect fall into five categories:
User ID and Passwords: Provides you with access to your profiled areas and protected content.
Account Information: Tells us about whom you are, how to contact you, and your shipping and billing information. Your account information also contains any preferences you have provided to us.
Customer Feedback and Support: You may opt to provide us with your email address and name with regards to receiving a newsletter or other information about our products and services.
Email Correspondence: We may need to email you with regards to your purchases from us or about shipping preferences, out-of stock items, returns information or correspondence, etc.
Transactions: Shows us your Bodimage products past purchases and information requests. We will not use, disclose or retain payment information (e.g. credit cards numbers) except as you have otherwise consented.
Our credit card processing is done through our service provider’s secure socket layer (SSL) to protect your sensitive information and applies other security safeguards. We use PayPal for our secure online transactions.
Your identifying information will not be given or sold to any other companies or individuals.
All personal information except transaction information such as credit card numbers, may be retained for purpose of transferring or sharing in the event of a business sale. This is to provide subsequent business owner(s), should Bodimage Health & Skin Care sell or change ownership, with customer information such as opt-in lists or customer lists for purpose of continuing with the business. Most personally identifiable information you provide is retained by Inspiratek Enterprises Inc. for the period of two years after the calendar year you provided it as required by law and is of the nature as above described. Transactions involving the collection of taxes are retained for six or seven years, as required by applicable Canadian laws.

Retrieve any information from your computer that is not part of the cookie we sent to you;

Return Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction with our products and services. On the rare occasion however, there are reasons for a return.

Damaged goods from shipping are subjects to discuss with the carrier. We insure all of our packages. Again, please contact us if you receive damaged goods and with your cooperation, we will work with the carrier service to amend the issue.
Product Stocking and Pricing
We strive to keep all of our products in stock so that we may get your order to you without delay. However, we do not have control over many facets of the business including natural disasters and supplier delays. We will notify you either by email or by phone or by posting ‘temporarily out of stock’ next to the item on the web site.
Our prices may fluctuate without notice though prices will not change on orders already placed.
Payments are final.
Shipping will not be refunded.
Restocking of product, wholesale or retail quantities, will be charged a 22% restocking fee. Deductions will be made further if the returned stock is damaged or has been opened. Returns of product will be at cost to the customer and will be charged to the customer if delivered C.O.D. Damaged Goods Inspiratek Enterprises Inc. is not responsible for items broken upon unpacking, during shelving, or due to staff or customer mishandling. If items are broken due to shipment mishandling notify the carrier immediately and contact us the day of receiving. Check all orders before accepting their packages from carrier. We will work with you and the carrier to help rectify the situation within feasible parameters. Payment
We generally prefer your orders to go through our credit card processing service provider but we do also accept money orders (payable to Bodimage Health & Skin Care).

Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship to the USA.
Orders processed through our website from the USA will be refunded, and no products sent.
International orders other than the USA – please email us or write to us (see below) to discuss shipping method.
We aim to send parcels out twice per week. All packages are sent by Canada Post Expedited Service and are insured for their value and include a tracking number. We charge the cost of shipping as charged to us by Canada Post plus a small handling fee (basically fuel to get to post office and back, packing materials, and labeling: typically $3 to $6 depending on the order).
Orders will generally be shipped on one of our two shipping days per week. Expect it to go by Canada Post and to be mailed within seven business days of placing your order (generally sooner) unless the item is not available (ie soap as it requires 4 weeks to cure – though we try to keep enough in stock, sometimes we get surprises) or we are away at a tradeshow. We will contact you, the buyer, to inform you of any delays in shipping your product(s) to you. It's nice to keep ope n lines of communication.

Our online store is always open for orders and they will be processed within the next 5 business days unless we are at a tradeshow (or are having technical difficulties out of our control - such as site hosting etc).
